Sponsorship

Over the past five years, since I have last updated this page in 2017, much has happened in my life and also with the World Outreach mission program that supported girls in India. In December 2020 I was prompted in my heart to sponsor a child through the ministry of Compassion International. 

Her name is Maria and she lives in Riogrande, Colombia. 

I have been writing her letters and praying for her throughout the past few years, especially with COVID-19. I am so thankful I have this opportunity to make an impact in her life and share with her about Jesus Christ.

The government in this region has not been friendly to Christian companies and groups, so unfortunately the mission has been stopped in this country. I am not sponsoring this adorable girl anymore, but I continue praying for all these girls in India. I am so thankful that I was given the opportunity to sponsor a child from Odisha, India. 

Her name is Padmita Majhi and she is now older than five years old.

She used to live with hundreds of other girls in two refugee houses that were set up to give the girls education, a home, and a way to be brought up in a Christian environment. Now those houses are gone, but I pray that God will still protect these girls.
